Most sapphic movies that are bad and cheap are just boring. Butterfly Crush ain’t boring. It’s weird as hell and so incompetent it almost reaches the uncanny valley Yeah, the core love story here is between a man and a woman. But please, let me have this one. I need it. 2.1/10

For those who haven’t seen the TV series or for those who are somehow still existing in a pre-2019 world where the TV series has yet to be released, The Secret Diaries of Miss Anne Lister is a solid TV movie worth checking out. 7.2/10
With its languid pace and voice over narration about the nature of grief and whatnot, So Hard to Forget is a very film festival type of film. 6.6/10
