Out of the Blue is one of those movies that doesn’t have anything really wrong with it. But there’s also nothing I can point out as being particularly good. It just sort of is. 5.1/10

BBC TV movies are of a solid, uniform quality. Daphne is no exception. This is a good movie. But that’s as far as I’m willing to go. 6.4/10
Finale is a waste of 75 minutes. The film has little plot and little talent on display. 1.7/10
Gray Matters neuters its own message and makes this a film without an audience. 4.7/10
I thought Vivere was successful. It made me feel one, maybe even two entire emotions. 7/10
What’s Up Scarlet? may be uneven but it does feature a core couple who are likeable and incredibly easy to root for. 5.6/10
The Secrets is a complex and emotional film. It is one of the best WLW films I’ve seen. Great writing and great performances make this an engaging, exceptional film. 9.2/10
Four Minutes is a well-crafted drama with excellent directing and good character work. Don’t go into it expecting and laughs or romance, though. 8.2/10
Zero Chou’s Spider Lilies is a film that is absolutely greater than the sum of its parts. 7.6/10
I found the lead characters and their politics to be largely disagreeable in Itty Bitty Titty Committee. I did not find the film to be particularly funny nor romantic so as a romantic comedy, it’s 0 for 2. 4.6/10
