Mixed Messages left me deeply unmoved. I want to celebrate what this movie stands for but its execution was really poor. This was a truly tedious 75 minutes to sit through. 1.9/10

It makes it all the stranger that in a film so lacking in overall quality that there is a relationship that features such extraordinary chemistry from the two actresses. Sadly, the scenes between Zoe and Shelby don’t make up enough of the movie to drag Kiss Me out of being a pretty bad movie. 3.5/10
With comedies, it always comes down to the simple question, “is it funny?” And Kiss Me! isn’t funny. 4.2/10
If you need something cute to spend less than 50% of your brain power on, Touch might be the movie for you. 5.6/10
Sister Sister is very high on entertainment value. But don’t expect much intelligence nor focus on lesbianism. This movie understands thriller beats better than most. But its execution of those beats is uneven at best. 5.6/10
The sci-fi universe of Harmony is a welcome change of pace from yet another romantic drama. 7.3/10
While I absolutely applaud this film on the bigger picture of its genre and existence, it doesn’t hold up as well when you take a closer look. 5.7/10
Sword of Trust really works because of how well everyone understands the universe and the movie that they’re in. This feels like more of a collaboration between filmmaker and actors than most scripted films. 6.8/10
Can I say that this dialogue-free film kept my attention for its entire run time? I absolutely cannot. 5.4/10
80 Days is such a sweet movie. The two lead characters are so charming to watch together. I could’ve easily watched 800 days of them. 8.1/10
