Night Fangs is bad in a very uninteresting way. This isn’t a fun or funny bad nor is it bad in any surprising ways. It’s exactly what you’d expect from a super low budget horror movie. 1.4/10

Chutney Popcorn is a good movie. I can’t get more passionate about it than that but that’s because I’m inherently biased against the 1990s. 6.3/10
Deadly Illusions joins the exclusive pantheon of bad WLW movies that are actually fun to watch. 3.7/10
Women and Sometimes Men is one of those movies where it ended and I questioned what the point of telling this story was. 3.2/10
Even without my personal feelings on the franchise and this character, the film is still a middling and derivative action thriller. 5.5/10
There’s some good work in Ava’s Impossible Things but the fantasy world aspect takes away from these positives too much. 3.9/10
Ellie and Abbie has a surprising, poignant emotional centre. This, in addition to its genuinely funny jokes, makes it one of the most moving and successful WLW comedies I’ve seen. 8.7/10
Dating Amber works on a lot of levels. It’s funny, it’s tragic and it shows how much gay acceptance has come in 26 years and that we still have a ways to go. 7.6/10
Duck Butter is just two random people who are inherently unsuitable for each other who realize it sooner than most. I just don’t care. 3.9/10
All I know is that at the end of Make Up, I just felt confused. And not a good Muholland Dr. kind of confused. 5.7/10
