At the end of the day, Winepires was mostly dull, a little confusing and had some of the worst blunt force trauma sound effects I’ve seen in a movie. 3.3/10

She: Their Love Story’s 2012 released. And it feels like a lifetime. So much of how this film depicts lesbians is rigid, dated and relies far too heavily on overused tropes. 3.1/10
Bye Bye Blondie isn’t awful by any means. But it’s also not good enough for me to call it good. 4.6/10
Even while looking directly at it, The Adored failed to grab my full attention or leave a strong impression. 2.4/10
The best part of Without is that it is intriguing and engaging. The worst part is that it doesn’t really amount to anything. 5.7/10
Love is not Perfect has little going for it. It’s forgettable, boring and not even that queer. 4/10
Strange Frame: Love and Sax occupies a wholly unique space in the WLW film pantheon. The film has big ideas and a lot of creativity. Where it falters is its execution. 5.7/10
Young and Wild is not a perfect film. I certainly have mixed opinions on it. But for all its faults, one I am certain of is that this film would have been 50 times worse had it not been directed by a woman. 6.2/10
Laurence Anyways is a beautifully shot portrait of a trans woman and her female lover. 7.9/10
