Director Christopher Sandler drops you into his character’s head from moment one and keeps you there the whole time. And he makes this achievement of characterization look so damn easy. 7.6/10

Girl With Hyacinths is commonly described as “lesbian Citizen Kane.” And I totally agree with that assessment. This movie is lesbian Citizen Kane! 9.1/10
While I do wish the film had less cliche, I’m beyond thrilled that Tove Jansson gets an overtly queer and charming biopic. 7.8/10
Aniara is the best WLW sci-fi film I’ve seen by a significant margin. This is an intelligent, thought-provoking film. 8.9/10
The summary of Knocking I read promised to, “keep you guessing until the very end.” And for me at least, it did. 7/10
Ultimately, Alena is spooky and well-paced enough to be at least mildly successful as a horror movie. And even a mildly successful horror movie is a minority in that genre. Still, as much as I’ve seen worse movies than Alena, I’ve seen better ones too. 5.7/10
There was a lot of unrealized potential here and that was really, really frustrating. Even though when I watched the movie, I sometimes spoke my idea of how to improve this movie aloud to my laptop, NONE of my suggestions were taken and the movie is worse for it. 3.7/10
Kyss Mig is a solid, romantic love story with a happy ending. It’s an an enjoyable watch and a good choice of a movie to pick if you’re a lady on a date with another lady. 7.2/10
Show Me Love is a rare, accurate depiction of teenagers both in terms to how the characters are written and also because its cast of actors genuinely look like they belong in high school. Achieving both these feats makes Show Me Love a very rare film indeed. 7.8/10
Dyke Hard is a movie that proves you don’t need big name actors or awards nominations or a budget of more than like, $15 to make a great gay movie, all you need is passion and commitment from the cast and crew and truly staggering levels of camp. 7.7/10
