Whatever edge Concrete Blondes has to it is completely absent in the jokes. And that’s why the film doesn’t work. This is a comedy full of punchlines far too safe and far too predictable. 4.7/10

Without budget, it is an uphill battle to make a good movie. Did Devil’s Cove brave that incline and struggle through its limited means to make a good piece of art? Nope! This movie is very bad! 1.8/10
Having the bisexual, butch Sister Thirteen as protagonist is extremely progressive and ultimately, a big win in the field of representation. But because this film was made in 1998, this representation is not without its problematic aspects. 5.6/10
A Wife Alone has a complete lack of novelty. Nothing about this movie is fresh, exciting or necessary. 3.2/10
Nice though it is to look at, Bonnie & Bonnie doesn’t bring much new to the gay couple crime spree subgenre. 5.8/10
Maple Palm is not the worst WLW movie I’ve ever seen. There’s exactly four WLW movies that are worse than it. 1.6/10
A Taste of Flesh is a lot more understanding of basic female humanity than most films in the exploitation genre. Don’t worry, though! There’s still tits aplenty. 5.8/10
Even in the director’s cut, the word “bitch” has more representation in Wild Side than lesbianism does. 5.3/10
Russian Doll never feels like some grand, layer cake of crime and lesbianism. It’s a bunch of different elements that never blend together properly. 2.4/10
Threesome Affair’s mediocrity is so unremarkable and uninspiring that it tips the movie into negative territory. 3.9/10
