Vic + Flo offers an unusual narrative by taking a simple story and making the choice for its characters to be queer women over a certain age. But really, the star here is how damn beautiful the film is to look at. 8/10
Hardcore offers wildly little sympathy, understanding or depth to its teenage sex workers. 3.3/10
Lesbian August does not respect nor like women even a little. 2.3/10
Kajillionaire has so much going on in it and every part of it is handled so brilliantly. The film is a slowburn romance/belated coming of age story using the crime genre as framework and mixed in with comedic sensibilities. 9.3/10
