There was a lot of unrealized potential here and that was really, really frustrating. Even though when I watched the movie, I sometimes spoke my idea of how to improve this movie aloud to my laptop, NONE of my suggestions were taken and the movie is worse for it. 3.7/10

The key requirement of a thriller film is right there in its title. A thriller should thrill its audience. Therefore, Chloe is not a successful movie. 4.9/10

Water Lilies got fairly good reviews from various critics so maybe I’m being too harsh. But personally, I couldn’t see past my own displeasure in regards to the sexualization and objectification of minors to enjoy it. 4.9/10

There’s no joy to be found in Lost and Delirious nor positive representation of queer people. It just seems like all this queer tragedy could have been avoided if anyone had a lick of sense or had a rational conversation. 4.9/10
The only thing that saves Therese and Isabelle from being out and out boring its persistent overlay of sleaze. 3.5/10
If you like wacky misunderstand romantic comedies, you will like this movie just fine. As for me, I found it too hard to find humour in the events depicted in Out at the Wedding as they became increasingly elaborate and ridiculous. 3.6/10
Allure is a relentlessly unpleasant movie to sit through. The writer/director team who did this should be banned from ever again doing movies about abuse, mental illness, women, relationships or people. 4.1/10
