There’s nothing particularly wrong with the film. I’m just of an age and in an era where depicting lesbians as normal people doesn’t really interest me. I know lesbians are normal people. Now show me lesbians being absolute freaks. 5.5/10

Fantasy of the Girls has no right to go as hard as it does. The plot is something you could find on a Nickolodeon show for pre-teens. But the handling of this plot gives the film such an air of intensity and maturity. 7.4/10

I’m not saying there are no nude scenes, but women actually spend more of the film with their clothes on, crafting complex relationships and inherently critiquing the Catholic church. 7.5/10
